We are witnessing the implosion of the Obama presidency.

The first time I heard the term “military advisors” it was being used by John F. Kennedy and they were being sent to South Vietnam. A strong anti-communist, in 1961 Kennedy approved financing an increase in the size of the South Vietnamese army from 150,000 to 170,000 along with sending a thousand U.S. military advisors to help train them. We all know how the Vietnam War ended.
Earlier, the North Korean attack on the South had ended in a stalemate. Technically a state of war still exists.  Since 1953, the U.S. has maintained a military force in South Korea. In the wake of World War II, we still have a military presence in Europe and Japan to aid in their defense.

Obama’s announcement that 300 military advisors are being sent to Iraq is too little, too late.

As of this writing Americans are witnessing what happened when Obama withdrew from Iraq and are anticipating the same result when we withdraw from Afghanistan. Yes, we were and are war-weary, but we do not like what we’re seeing in Iraq and the President’s foreign policy failures are compounding by the day.

We are weary, too, after six and a half years of the presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. It has taken this long for all the predictions regarding his lack of experience and competence to come true.

The polls taken during the past week provide evidence of this. Gallup’s job approval poll of June 9-15 showed that 42% of “national adults” approved. Over at Rasmussen Reports, Obama’s job approval on June 21 was 48%. Asked by Rasmussen if the nation is headed in the right direction or not, 67% of likely voters said it was not. Reacting to the immigration invasion crisis a Gallup found that 69% thought he was doing a poor job.

Depending on events, polls rise and fall, but the numbers indicate a growing loss of confidence in Obama’s decisions and actions to date. I suspect that what they do not show is a growing sense of the man as utterly untrustworthy and increasingly distant from the demands of the office.

We are witnessing the implosion of the Obama presidency.

All presidencies have a scandal or two, usually relatively minor in the grand scheme of national management. Watergate was considered minor initially and took two years to materialize into the scandal that forced Nixon to resign. Obama, however, has generated directly and indirectly enough scandals for their combined weight to begin being noticed even by those who pay little attention to Washington, D.C.

The worst of the latest has been the revelation of how the Internal Revenue Service was politicized to attack organizations that were deemed to be affiliated with the Tea Party movement and patriotic objectives. The “loss” of Lois Lerner's emails and others smells of the destruction of evidence Congress has demanded. The one element of the government that virtually all Americans interact with is the IRS.

Other scandals like Solyndra, representing the waste of billions on wind and solar companies, many of which went bankrupt after receiving all manner of grants and loans, did not registered in a similar fashion. The wiretapping of Associated Press reporters’ phone calls likewise did not evoke widespread concern. The failure of the “stimulus” that spent billions without producing an uptick in the economy was seen as just another way the government wastes our money. Even “Fast and Furious” in which thousands of weapons were purchased and transferred to Mexican drug cartels did not evoke more than a short expression of dismay.

Benghazi, however, in which a U.S. ambassador died along with three others, remains an unresolved scandal as much for the lies about a video as its cause as for the tragedy of the abandonment of those killed. The release of five leaders of the Taliban from Guantanamo without letting Congress know has piled on the previous scandals to a point where serious concerns about both Obama’s judgment have arisen.

What remains now is a combination of the President’s increasing use of Executive Orders to create as much mischief as possible along with the perception that he simply does not care what Americans in general and Congress in particular thinks about what he is doing. There is talk in the House of bringing a legal suit against the President regarding his heavy use of Executive Orders to bypass Congress while initiating policies that require congressional inclusion and oversight.

Those of us who pay close attention to what the President is doing know that the ultimate aim of his actions in office has been to harm the nation in a variety of ways from reducing our military to pre-World War Two levels to destroying a large element of the nation’s electrical energy supply by forcing coal-fired plants out of business.

Ultimately, the implosion of the Obama presidency has been the realization that he has put the nation at risk of the world’s bad actors by causing America’s global leadership position to erode. Americans have been accustomed to being a leading military and economic power since the end of World War Two and he has been undermining that in every way possible.

Voter payback is likely to see a major shift of political power in Congress away from the Democratic Party in the forthcoming midterm elections and would enable Republicans to slow or stop further damage to the nation. Failing that, the fate of the nation will be a great risk

No, Obama is Not Above the Law

It was hard enough trying to keep up with the revelations of various scandals that have been the product of the Obama administration, but now into the second year of his second term, the news of its actions—some of which are illegal, some of which ignore Congress’s authority, and some of which seemed determined to destroy our economy and attack our constitutional freedoms--all keep assaulting our comprehension.

Like many Americans I have fears of losing our freedoms as set forth in the Bill of Rights. I have doubts about an almost invisible “recovery” of the economy when 92,009,000 are still not in the labor force. I look at the Obama presidency and see one that seems increasingly lawless and witless in so many ways.

The latest assault was the exchange of five Taliban detainees, top field commanders, for an American soldier who administration spokeswoman, Susan Rice, said had served with “honor and distinction.” Like her lies about the Benghazi attack, this too was a lie. Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl had, we swiftly learned, walked away from his post in Afghanistan. That makes him a deserter, something the administration must surely have known. Giving up the Taliban leaders, done without the required thirty days’ notice to Congress, looks more like Obama’s intention to empty Guantanamo then the claim of retrieving an alleged POW. Negotiations to achieve this had been ongoing for months.

This comes at a time when a report by the think tank, the Rand Corporation, spells out a 58% increase from 2010 to 2013 of jihadist groups worldwide, from 31 to 49, and a doubling of the number of jihadist fighters to an estimated 100,000. In addition, the report notes the number of attacks by al Qaeda affiliates had increased to roughly 1,000 from 392. As Seth G. Jones, the author of the report, says, “The current trends suggest that the struggle against extremism is likely to be a generational one, much like the Cold War.”

Not exactly the “end of a war” that Obama keeps talking about.

At the same time Obama turned five Taliban commanders loose, his Attorney General, Eric Holder, announced the creation of a special task force within the Justice Department to combat what he characterized as “escalating danger” from “homegrown” terrorists within the U.S. Given the fact that we have a huge Department of Homeland Security, created after 9/11, one wonders why such a task force is necessary, but we are told it will be composed of members of the FBI and the Department’s National Security Division.

The Obama administration is the same one in which the Internal Revenue Service targeted Tea Party and patriot groups seeking non-profit status. A pattern of using the government against them reflects an agenda to target any American who disagrees and speaks up against the abuse or neglect of constitutional rights.

One of those is the right to own and bear guns, but this is also an administration that has made many efforts to curb the Second Amendment and gun ownership. At the same time, we have read reports of massive purchases of ammunition and weapons by various elements of the federal government. One can understand the need to arm agents of the FBI and Homeland Security, but why did the Postal Service and Social Security agency, as well as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration need to purchase lots of ammunition?

Concurrent with this has been the deliberate reduction in the nation’s military strength to a point that rivals what existed prior to World War Two. We have a far smaller navy. Our Air Force has both older and fewer aircraft. Our Army and Marine units have far fewer men and women in active service. There are concerns about the capabilities of our National Guard as well. Meanwhile, police forces around the nation are being given military-level vehicles and weaponry.

Largely unknown to most Americans is the National Defense Authorization Act which empowers the U.S. military, under presidential authority, to arrest, kidnap, detain without trial, and hold indefinitely American citizens thought to “represent an enduring security threat to the United States.”

Reportedly, a study funded by the Department of Homeland Security characterized Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.” Does that include members of the Tea Party movement? Members of the National Rifle Association and of veterans organizations? Opponents of abortion? All have been described as potential domestic terrorists by elements of the Obama administration

A friend-of-the-court brief in a case opposing the Act, stated: “The central question now before the court is whether the federal judiciary will stand idly by while Congress and the president establish the legal framework for the establishment of a police state and the subjugation of the American citizenry through the threat of indefinite military arrest and detention, without the right to counsel, the right to confront one’s accusers, or the right to trial.”

Writing at World Net Daily, Bob Unrah noted that “The new law authorizes the President to use ‘all necessary and appropriate force’ to jail those ‘suspected’ of helping terrorists.’” Since the law passed,” reported Unrah, “multiple states have passed laws banning its enforcement.”

While Obama is releasing declared enemies of the nation to return to the battlefield, he and his Attorney General are expressing concerns about homegrown terrorists and the mere accusation of being sympathetic to terrorism will be enough to get a lot of people detained without any Bill of Rights protections.

Obama has unleashed the Environmental Protection Agency to assert new limits on greenhouse gas emissions by many, if not most, of the nation’s 600 coal-fired plants that generate electricity. Many plants have already closed their doors. Joseph Bast, the president of The Heartland Institute, a free market think tank, responded saying, “President Obama and the Democrats are once again unleashing the Environmental Protection Agency on the American people. This is Obamacare for the environment: guaranteed to raise costs, reduce choices, and destroy an existing industry. By the time the EPA is finished, millions of Americans will be freezing in the dark.”

David Rothbard and Craig Rucker of the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT), another leading think tank, warned that states will be required to impose “cap-and-tax regimes like the ones Congress has wisely and repeatedly refused to enact. Others will be forced to close perfectly good, highly reliable coal-fueled power plants that currently provide affordable electricity for millions of families, factories, hospitals, schools and businesses. The adverse impacts will be enormous.”

This is a pattern of activity that will harm the U.S. economy by reducing the production of energy vital to nation’s current and future growth. In a similar fashion, the Obama administration has reduced access to explore and extract vast offshore energy resources and those that exist on federal lands.

Taken together these and other actions put at risk the future and the freedoms Americans have enjoyed since the U.S. Constitution became effective on June 21, 1788. We are watching this 226-year-old republic being put at great risk of survival.

A Call for Anarchy, Not Patriotism on May 16

The Constitution grants Americans the right to peacefully assemble for the redress of grievances. How long one can remain after a march or protest is not addressed, but usually these events are over in a day.

The forthcoming May 16 Operation American Spring, is a call for a million or more Americans to come to Washington, D.C. for the purpose of staying in the nation’s capital “as long as it takes to see Obama, Biden, Reid, McConnell, Boehner, Pelosi, and Attorney General Holder removed from office” is a call for anarchy.

Operation American Spring offers the perfect opportunity for elements within the Obama administration to claim the government is under attack even if they were the ones doing an actual armed attack.

Among those million attending would surely be “patriots” who would not heed the organizer’s call to not bear arms and to obey all District laws. The purpose of the event is to remove those it says are “threatening our existence, our freedom, our liberty, our Constitution, our life. When the government becomes lawless, then ‘we the people’ no longer are obligated to follow the government…At this time the government is performing as a lawless entity.”

The federal government is not lawless. Most of us, while unhappy with the gridlock of Congress and the constant stream of lies from the White House, know that it is working for the most part within the constraints of the Constitution. If you want lawlessness, just show up to participate in Operation American Spring.

By contrast, note that there a legal suits in the courts challenging the legitimacy of Obamacare, a tax that was initiated in the Senate when only the House may authorize taxation, and there is congressional action proceeding on both the IRS actions and the deceptions put forth about the Benghazi attack. It’s not as if Congress is not taking action or that the courts are not proceeding to address these issues. They are.

Operation American Spring says its goal “is restoring the U.S. Constitution as the law of the land, removing the lawless leadership.” We have the means to do that. They are called elections and we have an important one in November.

Why can’t the organizers just wait until then? The answer is that they want the President and Attorney General and others it names removed now.

That’s not how our system works and we should all have real concern when Operation American Spring says “The militias across the United States are responding and mobilizing to the call to protect the Republic.” The problem with this is that a militia is defined as “a group of people who are not part of the armed forces of a country but are trained like soldiers.”

Operation American Spring is led by Col. Harry Riley, U.S. Army (Ret), a man who served 34 years in the military before retiring in 1992. Suffice to say he has had a remarkable career and has been the recipient of many awards including the Silver and Bronze Star. He says that what he is calling for is “civil disobedience” and he cites what occurred in Cairo in 2011 as an example, but those demonstrations were against a despot and resulted in the Egyptian military having to step in to remove duly elected members of the Muslim Brotherhood when their leader attempted to dispense with that nation’s constitution. That doesn’t even begin to describe the state of affairs in America today.

Obama had made it clear he would prefer to rule—not govern—by executive order and regards Congress as a nuisance, but he is not a despot. Not yet.

A massive march and occupation of the nation’s capital offers the perfect opportunity for what is known as a “false flag” event that would empower the President to declare martial law and unleash vast arrests and imprisonments that completely bypass the Bill of Rights.

By definition, a false flag operation is one in which elements within a government stage an attack, pretending to be a targeted enemy and then blaming it on those it seeks to control and subdue. Those would be the “patriots” who show up to achieve Operation American Spring’s goals.

Restoring the Constitution and the rule of law would literally require a second American Revolution and no one wants or needs that.

Washington, D.C. has hosted many major marches over the years. All have been conducted without violence. None have proposed taking over the government. It’s one thing to be unhappy with the President and his administration. It’s quite another to ignore the Constitution in the name of restoring it.

Power and Reason

I’ve been watching something over the last several weeks which I believe serves as an example of what happens when Individuals are given power over others even in what should be considered routine activities.
Recently a concerned Father objected to a reading assignment required of his 14-year-old daughter. This occurred in Gilford, New Hampshire.
The reason this man protested his daughters reading assignment was because he viewed the material to be inappropriate for a fourteen year old to be reading. It was primarily one passage in question.
I’ll let you decide.
“‘Relax,’ Matt murmured, and then he sank his teeth into her shoulder. He pinned her hands over her head and ground his hips against hers. She could feel his erection, hot against her stomach.
” … She couldn’t remember ever feeling so heavy, as if her heart were beating between her legs. She clawed at Matt’s back to bring him closer.
“‘Yeah,’ he groaned, and her pushed her thighs apart. And then suddenly Matt was inside her, pumping so hard that she scooted backward on the carpet, burning the backs of her legs. … (H)e clamped his hand over her mouth and drove harder and harder until Josie felt him come.
“Semen, sticky and hot, pooled on the carpet beneath her.”
(H/T Freedom Outpost)  The actual quote highlights from the book are oddly difficult to find.
Full disclosure… I’ve now read the book and found Jodi Picoult to be a very good and engaging author.  However, I’m old and the above passages are the least offensive things I read on a daily basis watching the dismantling of our Democratic Republic.  At fourteen I would have had a very different reaction.  I’m also fully aware that these types of discussions have been occurring for decades.  A famous example was the introduction of “Go Ask Alice” into reading programs across the country during the 70′s.  There was a cry to ban this book.  But that is not what is happening here even though there is a desperate effort to position it as such.
It’s also important to note that the father, William Bear, only wanted the School Board to provide an “Opt Out” for his and other parents children should they not desire their 12-14 year old children to read such material.
Seems Reasonable…
When Mr. Bear asked the School Board for this provision he was limited to two minutes.  He stayed within his two minutes.
The School Board was then addressed by individuals implying that an “Opt Out” amounted to book burning…
When Mr. Bear spoke out to counter this accusation, as that was not at all what he was asking for, he was “outside” of his two minutes having already used them (this was a brand new rule instituted for this meeting) and Mr. Baer was ARRESTED.
While most of the media who is giving this attention have focused on either “morality” entering schools (We certainly wouldn’t want that) or the mentality of “ownership” of our children by the schools (we certainly wouldn’t want to admit that) they miss an important point.
It doesn’t really matter where this type of event occurs.  It could be this School Board meeting, the Zoning Department or getting your Drivers License renewed at the DMV.  We see Reason removed when it runs counter to those “in charge” who are provided the legal option of Force to remedy conflict.
Since when can a School Board order the arrest of a citizen for whom they work?  They had a number of options, from having a legitimate discussion of the content (which they absolutely refused to do… they wouldn’t read it, they wouldn’t discuss it at this meeting) to adjourning the meeting if they thought it was “out of control”.
Instead they chose Force over Reason.
We are witnessing this dynamic all over the United States.  We have seen a growing acceptance of such behavior over the last several decades.  We are witnessing a lament from those who practice it that those who expose it are destroying media…  and we have witnessed that howl for decades as well.
In the end I’m not one who will tell you this type of thing is new… I will tell you instead that the fractionalization of media has provided us with the opportunity to see it happening where years ago it would have been left unreported.
We are where we are in this country because of the types of people making up a small School Board in New Hampshire.
We are where we are in this country because we have only recently been able to see clearly and undeniably how this behavior manifests itself.
We are here because we were in the dark, and when we did see it in the past we were isolated and marginalized.
That is changing.
These are indeed interesting times.
Regarding the Father and his mission to get attention for an “Opt Out” provision for his and all other families who might desire their children not be FORCEFULLY exposed to inappropriate material… as defined by THE PARENT… I would recommend taking a page out of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, a Liberal Manifesto for getting your way.
I suggest allowing his 14-Year Old Daughter to take two minutes before the Gilford School Board and read all of pages 309-310 and 313 out loud for The Board and all those in attendance.  I would also suggest having a separate Camera focused on each School Board member while she honors her required reading assignment.  Finally I, as the Father, would take my 120 seconds, graciously provided by the Benevolent Humans in charge of Education in Gilford, and read the appropriate New Hampshire Child Pornography statues which could be applicable to his daughter having to complete the reading requirement forced upon her.
Of course, Saving the last 5 seconds to again ask for an “Opt Out” Provision… not a book burning.

Just How Drunk Was Obama September 11th, 2012?

That's a fair question, isn't it? I mean, there's no real evidence that Obama was falling down drunk, hugging the porcelain phone and calling Ralph, during those eight hours, but then, there's no real evidence that he wasn't either! Given his proclivities to drugs, maybe he reconstituted the Choom Gang? Did Aunt Zeituni bequeath him the family crack pipe?? Somewhere, there's an explanation for what occupied the Commander-in-Chief from the time he heard our Ambassador was under attack, until he popped into his jammies to rest up for a big day of fundraising in Vegas the next day. Problem is, we've never heard it!

Democrats, known for their lack of partisan posturing (stop laughing!) are telling us that there is no need for another hearing into Benghazi, because there have already been, by their accounting, seven that they've stonewalled, er, participated in!

Democrat Jack and Democrat Jill went up to the Hill,
to fetch a pail of water.
Jack came down with an empty pail, again, and said:
"But I've gone up the Hill seven times now!!!"

Well! That makes all the difference! The problem with the empty bucket headed Democrats, is that there are too many unanswered questions and the questions are by no means new.

As I pointed out in October 29, 2012, the scandal is threefold:

The negligence that preceded the attack.

Who specifically, person or persons, was responsible for the security of the Benghazi compound prior to the attack? Given the known dangers in the region, it is not unreasonable to assume this could reach upwards to the offices of an alert and conscientious Secretary of State or President. How engaged were they in monitoring what was going on in Libya and the region? Secondly, what consequences has that person or persons suffered as a result of this abysmal breach of security? Anyone fired? Demoted? Reassigned??
Make that part of the public record.

(Please don't echo the canard about stingy Republicans and sequestration. The State Dept admitted they had the money and even spent millions for art in foreign embassies. That dog won't hunt!)

The response of the administration as the attack was taking place

Why was no one sent to help Americans, under attack, in threat of their lives? Aside from the lame, "we couldn't get there in time", which presupposes knowledge not present at the beginning of the attack, to whom did Obama gives orders, what specifically were those orders, and if they were not carried out, what were the consequences of disobeying those orders?

This in not, as so many Democrats bleat, a "gotcha" on the President, unless he didn't issue the orders. But he said he did. In an interview, Obama said, and I quote:

"...the minute I found out what was happening, I gave three very clear directives. Number one, make sure that we are securing our personnel and doing whatever we need to. Number two, we're going to investigate exactly what happened so that it doesn't happen again. Number three, find out who did this so we can bring them to justice."

Question: Sir, which minute exactly was that? To whom, specifically, did you give those "very clear directives"?, and what actions precisely were taken as a result of your orders?

For a year and eight months, the President of the United States has been dodging simple questions that he could answer himself, without subpoena or committee or tribunal, about where he was, what he did, or didn't do. We found out this week, through the testimony of former spokesweasel for the National Security Council, Tommy Vietor, that he was in the White House situation room and Barack Obama wasn't. When pressed where Obama was, if not the situation room, Vietor bleated "in the White House".

Please note that Tommy Vietor neither confirmed nor denied that Obama was falling down drunk and throwing up on the Resolute desk, even though we have just as much evidence for this as any vague explanations the White House has given to date. And lastly...

"The bewildering, ham handed attempt to cover up a naked act of terrorism with some fairy tale about an obscure video, and the escalation of a demonstration that never took place."

In the latest batch of emails pried from the grubby mitts of the "most transparent administration in history" (stop laughing!), we see clearer indications that the whole "blame the video" game was a naked political ploy. How anyone, even the slimiest of politicians could stand by those coffins of four Americans being brought home to rest and tell their grieving families the same cockamamie fairy tale about a video, and "getting the guy who made it", is beyond me.

Who is responsible for creating the narrative about a video and gave the talking points to Susan Rice to lie to the nation on five separate Sunday talk shows, when from hour one of day one, the president and his men knew it was a terrorist attack? Why was the charade continued for weeks by everyone including the president? What consequences have taken place to ensure that the American people are not lied to again on this grand a scale?

Democrats like California's Adam Schiff (above) can pretend that a committee finally trying to pry the truth about Benghazi, and its cover up, out of this administration is purely partisan, as if the stonewalling of this administration were not, but that dog isn't going to hunt, either.

Within weeks, hostage survivors of the Algeria oil fields were being interviewed on 60 Minutes. Some thirty survivors of Benghazi are yet to be heard from. If any Democrat can point out to me the public transcripts that contain the answers to my questions are found, or the tesitmony of the Benghazi survivors who were first hand witnesses, I will apologize to Barack Obama and Hillary and kiss the feet of Nancy Pelosi (it sure beats the other end!). But, they can't do it, because this time, we need an honest, genuine investigation, with people under subpoena, to get to the bottom of this, ascertain guilt if applicable and demand accountability.

As Barack Obama would say, "Period."

The Sickness that is Coming

One of the more important epiphanies I had was that age doesn't matter when it comes to leadership and capabilities.  Sure, you would think older people are wiser, but as I've aged I realized that in fact, no, they're just older.  They are just as dumb and incompetent as people half their age.

While it took some daring and bravado to make this epiphany when I was 30, it is only reinforced as it is now my generation that is approaching 40 and will be viewed by today's 20 somethings as the "wise elders who have their act together."  The modern day 20 something does not know what I know and does not see what I see in my 4 decades old peers - that they're the same idiots and morons they were back in the 90's when they were in their 20's.  They did not mature, they just got older, and really have no clue what they're doing.

But if we were to extrapolate this trend, one where generations don't mature, never grow up, and never change, just merely get older, the country is in for a world of hurt.  For while I can't believe people in my generation are heading up companies, working their way up the corporate ladders, or are educators and teachers in our schools, what's coming down the pipe is scary - a mentally infected or diseased generation.

When I say "infected" or "diseased" I mean I look at the kids today, especially of college age, and realize they have a genuine mental condition.  We can all laugh and mock them citing examples of entitlement, weakness, and idiocy, highlighting stories where they demand free education or have their parents attend a job interview with them or Pajama Boy's latest antics, but these are merely the symptoms of a much larger and threatening sickness.  One where nearly an entire generation is incapable of understanding other people's rights, freedom, and property.

If you look at college students and 20 somethings today an unacceptable number of them lack the mental ability to respect the rights and freedoms of others.  There was the student journalist that wanted to ban conservative opinions on campus (I forget the name and the school).  There was Donglegate where Adria Richards thought it was her domain to get two guys fired, which is only one of the increasing instances of Mozillaing.  And there's more than one instance where some idiot adult child will claim we need to ban conservative talk radio.

This trend, however, is not so scary because of what these people are doing, but because they are unconsciously doing it.  They are unconscious of what they are saying.  And they are unable to fully and thoroughly think through the consequences of advocating such things.  What's worse, however, is the disease is further complicated and entrenched in the minds of young people by a historic amount of brainwashing and pampering.  Be it the trillions of dollars in debt accrued to prevent said people from paying the full price of their socialist utopia, the 20 years of brainwashing they received from K-college, or society and their parents bending over backwards to kiss their asses, all of this shields these kids from the harsh and necessary realities of life.  This not only results in adults who are incapable of supporting themselves, completely clueless about how the real world economy works, but worse it convinces them they are entitled to everything in life.  This lays the ground work for what is arguably the most despicable aspect of this mental condition - victimhood.

From the ever increasing categories of "privilege" to the left's desire to separate and define people by their skin color, an entire generation has been trained to take traits they were born, fool themselves into thinking they are oppressed because of it, and demand other people slave away for them.  This is not only cowardly and hypocritical, but it also attaches an emotional element to the disease where they take personal affront to any attempts of constructive criticism or insistence of self-supportation and production.  In short, it renders the host with this disease immune to any attempts to cure them.

You combine this altogether and what you have is a group of people who:

1.  Are not able to support themselves
2.  Lack the mental ability to understand the sovereignty and freedom of other people and
3.  Therefore lack the ability to protect freedom while voting
4.  Are trained to find insult in everything and view themselves only as a victim
5.  Are not capable of logical and intellectually honest thought
6.  Who are instead ruled by emotions and self-pity
7.  and are therefore uncurable and beyond reason.

Add to that, that generations really never grow up, just get old, and you can see why this sickness is such a threat.

People infected with this disease will act and vote in a way that will destroy the liberty and freedom Western Civilization spent the last 2,500 years trying to build.  You may say, "well, that's why we have the Constitution.  That's why we have the courts" or "that'll never happen."  But what if these people were to become the justices?  What if they were to become the politicians and leaders of this country?  A piece of paper or the foresight of our founding fathers to have the division of powers cannot stop an entire population that is mentally sick and impaired.  And instances such as Brendan Eich and Dartmouth caving to the demands of a sick person, already shows you the lack of US institutions to stop and fight this sickness.

What will "end" this sickness, however, will be an economic collapse wherein there is no more government money to keep these people supported in their current environment.  Life-long college students come professors will no longer have a university to go and teach at.  The various "professional activists" will have to worry about clean water instead of saving the whales. And professional victims will have more pressing matters like starvation than finding fake umbrage at a Cinco De Mayo fundraiser.  Unfortunately, such a collapse can be staved off a long time with the fed's constant printing of money and the US' relative position of being the "least sucky economy" in the world, and this will continue to provide the environment these diseased people thrive in.  Ergo, not only are they not going away, they're going to increase as the 20 somethings of today become the 40 somethings of tomorrow and by default infiltrate our various institutions.

There's not much to do but what we're doing now.  Pointing it out and trying to bring shame to these people.  Alas, their brainwashing is so complete, their sense of victimhood so engrained, and their sense of entitlement so strong, it is doubtful anything will ever get through to these liberal zombies.

Enjoy the decline.
