What will it take?

This is my open letter to the Republican National Committee and to the Republican Leadership in Congress.
Why is it, gentlemen, I feel as though we are living in France in 1940?
Once again, war-weary leaders who are too afraid to fight back are letting a tyrant roll in and conquer a people.
And where are these leaders? Quietly wringing their hands and standing out of the way. Tinkering along the edges of this coup rather than fighting back.
You are not an opposition party.
You are collaborators.
This nation is being conquered from within. And you miserable quislings stand by while we lose our jobs, our savings, our homes.
And you do nothing.
This nation’s enemies are emboldened. They mock us as they develop nuclear weapons, overtake cities liberated by the blood of so many young American men.
And you do nothing.
One sixth of our private economy was swallowed up by this tyrant and millions upon millions of Americans’ lives have been thrown into turmoil because of it.
And you do nothing.
This tyrant defies you and your constitutional authority. He thinks nothing of bypassing the separation of powers and acting unilaterally — violating his oath of office, violating our Constitution, violating the public trust.
And you do nothing.
This tyrant has used the Internal Revenue Service to harass and target his political enemies — private citizens who have done nothing more than exercise their Constitutional rights to freely assemble and participate in our self-government structure.
And you do nothing.
This tyrant allowed American lives to be lost without so much as ordering military assistance. He let people die because his reelection was more important than the lives of Americans under attack in Benghazi. Then, to protect his election claim of sending terrorists on the run, he lied about the cause of this attack, and covered up the evidence of terrorist involvement.
And you do nothing.
He deliberately defies Congress, the will of the people, the rulings of judges.
And you do nothing.
What will it take for you spineless fools to fight back?!
Our nation is being conquered from within and you miserable, pathetic creatures do nothing.
And those of us who believe in Liberty. Those of us who believe in the sovereignty of the individual. Those of us who fight for our nation’s Constitution and founding principles, we are the ones you battle. We are the ones you attack. We are the ones you vilify and condemn.
Not the tyrant staging this coup.
But We the People.
What will it take for you to stop attacking those who are defending our nation and start attacking those who wish to defeat it?
What will it take?
You care more about preventing bad press than you do about Liberty.
You care more about negative news coverage than you do about stopping this spending madness.
You care more about appeasing foreign nationals who are in this country illegally than you do about representing the citizens of this country.
And you have the gall to attack us?!
You bend over and allow this tyrant to destroy our nation and you do nothing. Nothing!
What will it take to get you to stop him?
The only time I have seen even a modicum of conviction and anger coming from you pathetic creeps is when you attack us.
The Tea Party is the problem? You fools. The Tea Party is the solution.
We’re the extremists?! We are the ones who are trying to preserve this nation.
Mark Levin is right. You are the modern-day equivalent of Vichy French leaders. Quietly cooperating with the conquerors.
Let me tell you something. This midterm we are coming for you. We will defeat you. Because you are part of the coup.
The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.
Well, you aren’t good men.
You are cowards.
The good men (and woman) who will fight against this coup are We the People. And we will fight. And we will win.
So, here are your choices. You can join us. You can be a part of the battle to save our Republic.
Or you can continue to do nothing.
But be well warned, if you choose to do nothing, you cowards, you quislings all, just might find yourselves in the town square getting your heads shaved.
